​​I am the founder of MANZARI Legal, a Luxembourg-based law firm specialising in technology law, financial services, FinTech, AML/CTF, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. With over 20 years of experience in finance, I have played an active role in shaping Luxembourg's payment and FinTech ecosystem.

Before establishing my own firm, I was a partner at a well-known Luxembourg law-firm focused on financial technologies. Earlier in my career, I served as the Head of the Innovation, Payments, Markets Infrastructures, and Governance Department at the Luxembourg financial authority, the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), where I began my professional journey in 2001.

I enjoy sharing knowledge and insights as a speaker at national and international conferences, where I address topics such as payment services, financial technologies, artificial intelligence, crypto assets, AML/CTF, and corporate governance. Additionally, I contribute to academia as a lecturer in FinTech and digital finance law at the University of Luxembourg and regularly conduct training sessions for boards on topics related to corporate governance and financial regulations.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working alongside national and international clients, assisting them with navigating regulatory frameworks and in obtaining regulatory approvals for their innovative financial services. I continue to drive progress by supporting innovation and helping businesses thrive at the intersection of law, finance, and technology.
